Delivery
We’d like to say we can deliver anywhere in the world, but at the moment our arms just aren’t that long so we deliver to mainland UK, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.
We’ve tried to keep the postage down as much as possible, but we’re a small company so we’re afraid we have to charge for delivery.
We use Royal Mail services and offer a range of options depending on how fast you want your items.
To keep things simple, we make a one off charge for each service, regardless of how big your parcel is or if we have to pack it in more than one box.
Deliveries for parties are often time sensitive and we’ll do out best to get your goodies there in time but please try and leave enough time for us to deliver and don’t order everything the day before the party!
Orders received before 12.00 are generally posted out the same day.
Postage options
UK Royal Mail Standard Post £3.80
Items will be sent using Royal Mail’s 2nd Class post. Royal Mail say they aim to deliver all 2nd class items within 2-3 days of posting. In our experience this is normally more like 5 days and can be even longer. Please don’t use this service if your party is less than a week away as we cannot guarantee items will arrive on time.
UK Royal Mail First Class £4.90
This service uses Royal Mail 1st Class post. Although Royal Mail state this is not a guaranteed service, they “aim to deliver all First Class items the next working day after the day of posting”and we usually find that this is the case.
UK Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm £7.95
When you’re down to the wire and you still haven’t even made the cheese straws yet, this is the service for you. Once despatched Royal Mail guarantee next business day delivery by 1pm.
This service can deliver on a Saturday but there is an additional charge for this, so please contact us first if you require next day delivery on a Saturday.
Postage for Complete Party Kits.
These kits are rather large which means that the post office don’t like them. If you are ordering one of our complete party kits they will be sent via Fedex so please select the courier option on the postage menu.
Returns
We hope that you will love the products that you order from us and that they will make your party go with a swing. However, we do understand that occasionally it just doesn’t work out and that you might want to return the items to us.
If the item is damaged or faulty when it reaches you please let us know and return it and we will refund you for the item as well as the cost of returning it to us.
If you just change your mind or don’t like the item once it gets to you then we’ll still take it back and either exchange or refund the item(s) as long as it is in unused, re-saleable condition with all the packaging (including seals) still intact. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged good (statutory rights are unaffected). Any items for refund or exchange must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
The return postage will be down to you in this case. Sorry about that.
* If your returned order is of substantial value we recommend sending it recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
